You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your we1win2 Account. Basic account details can be updated directly via the Account dashboard; other corrections may be submitted to support.
You may request deletion of your personal data where: the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected; you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies; or the data has been unlawfully processed. This right is subject to overriding legal retention obligations, particularly AML and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

10.3 Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal, and does not prevent we1win2 from sending essential transactional and account-related communications (such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal status updates, and security alerts) which are sent on the basis of contractual necessity rather than consent.
11.1 The we1win2 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. we1win2 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
11.2 If we1win2 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated Account.
